• If you submit an enquiry through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ad or Instant Form, we receive the information you choose to provide there — typically your name, phone number, email address, location, property type, project requirements, budget range, and expected timeline — directly from Meta.

c) Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
• Usage data such as pages visited, time spent on the Website, and the advertisement or referring website that brought you here.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
